Tom MacDonald
Tom MacDonald joined Ultimate Rehab in 2012 as Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining Ultimate Rehab Tom spent 25 years in various senior management positions for both regional and national financial service firms. As Chief Operating Officer Tom is responsible for all aspects of the daily operations of Ultimate Rehab. Tom has spoken at various industry conferences including the Ohio Health Care Association and the Ohio Chapter of the American College of Health Care Administrators. Tom has been an active community volunteer with organizations including the Greater Cincinnati United Way, Cincinnati Youth Collaborative and the YMCA.
