We know RAC Audits are a concern for healthcare facilities, and we have proven systems in place to ensure that we are in compliance with all laws and regulations. Our proactive approach to clinical excellence involves the following measures:

• Our therapists complete daily, point-of-care documentation that includes a tracking system to support their in and out times with patients.
• We have proven chart audit systems in place for correct billing and coding.
• Therapy Managers are required to attend educational sessions regarding CMS Medicare changes months before any of those changes are set to occur.
• Ultimate Rehab provides training for all clinicians on potential compliance issues, and steps in prevention 
• Our computerized billing software  tracks therapy outcomes, and enforces regulatory compliance.
