Traditional Contract

We will build your therapy services from the ground up.  Through our own recruiting and marketing efforts, we hire and train your staff on census building and RUGS IV Utilization.  We will assimilate our staff to meet your priorities and adapt to your organizations culture.  We focus on successfully meeting your resident's goals on all levels of your continuum of care. Connections Therapy Management software is utilized by our onsite therapy manager to insure accurate computerized billing. This product offers systems and tools to manage daily Rug groups, provide immediate census updates, assist in showcasing data to support marketing efforts, and saves time to allow our onsite therapy manager and the therapy team to remain focused on our client's needs and priorities.

Management Contract

Ultimate Rehab will train and develop your own therapy staff, set budgets and therapist efficiency levels, and maximize RUGS IV utilization.  Our extensive knowledge in reimbursements, therapy salaries and treatment standards will be financially and clinically rewarding to our partners. Connections Therapy Management, is offerred by Ultimate Rehab ltd and contains a  computerized billing software product along with other systems that provide management tools to insure both clinical and financial success.

Staffing Contract

Staffing Solutions by Ultimate, (SSU) a subsidiary company, will assist your healthcare organization's temporary staffing needs. We draw on our own network of over 200 therapists who are highly trained and experienced therapist from all types of rehabilitation settings.  Our corporate recruitment team networks with statewide and national therapy groups and associations to recruit top level therapists. At SSU we provide both temporary solutions, and permanent placements to meet your SNF in-house, home health, hospital therapy department, out patient clinic,  or your SNF contract therapy company's staffing needs.
