At Ultimate Rehab, U R important - and it shows in our benefit program.  You can qualify for full benefits if you work at least 30 hours per week as an Ultimate Rehab Employee. Here is a general listing of your benefits.

Health Care Coverage:

  • A leave of absence can be granted  for FMLA, medical, military service or other needs
